Request to Surrender a Pet
We know that rehoming a pet can be a difficult decision, and we’re here to help. Our intake request process allows our team to carefully review each situation and determine the best outcome for both pets and families. Please understand that submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, as our shelter has limited space and availability. We also consider each pet’s adoptability, as some animals may be adopted more quickly than others. A staff member will review your request and follow up with you as soon as possible. Thank you for helping us ensure the best care for every animal in our shelter.
Intake Donation
To help us provide essential veterinary care for every animal entering our shelter, we ask for an intake donation of $40 for cats and $50 for dogs. These donations help cover costs such as spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, deworming, and basic medical care to ensure each pet is healthy and ready for adoption. Fees may be adjusted for litters, or if you can provide proof that the animal is already spayed or neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Your contribution directly supports the well-being of the animals in our care and helps us continue our mission of rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming.
